Edible Christmas Tree! Make Your Own Chocolate Bark

In search of the perfect present for a chocolate lover? Look no further. This festive floral recipe for homemade chocolate bark makes 2 delicious bars of each colour chocolate.

YOU WILL NEED
* 100g dark chocolate
* 100g white chocolate
* 1 tsp chilli flakes
* 1 tsp sea salt flakes
* 1 tsp lavender flowers
* 1 tsp dried cornflower petals
* 1 tsp rose petals
* 5 cardamom pods, crushed and seeds taken out
* 2 tsp edible glitter

METHOD
For the dark chocolate bark
1 Melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie.
2 Once melted, spread into bar shapes on baking paper.
3 Sprinkle with desired toppings such as chilli flakes and sea salt or rose petals and edible glitter.
4 Leave to cool, then wrap.

For the white chocolate version
1 Repeat steps 1 and 2.
2 Top with lavender and cornflower petals or rose and cardamom seeds.
3 Leave to cool, then wrap.
