Dillinger’s

We missed Dillinger’s while it was gone and are so glad it’s come back in such style. On one of the rare sunny days we had last summer, we ended up back in Dillinger’s with that film of sea-salt on our skin, and we remember it as one of the nicest moments from last summer. So as the forecast is good we thought we would re-visit this favourite spot. It is s no surprise that we’re excited about its beautiful make-over. Looking more and more like a New York-style bistro, with an extended bar and even sleeker and slicker finish, it is now really quite an experience. Their new menu is in harmony with the d?cor, with some great all-American favourites, some rather exotic experiments and a good few new cocktails on the menu that are just begging to be tried and tested.

Roisin Agnew @Roxeenna is going for a dip now and may well bring her salt-crusted self to Dillinger’s over the weekend.
