Last night in The Gibson Hotel, eighty excited attendees braved the cold December weather for an evening of up-skilling, inspiration and top tips at the IMAGE Digital Masterclass.

Guests were welcomed on arrival with wine and delicious canap’s, before taking their seats to hear from CEO of the Irish Internet Association, Joan Mulvihill and head of Multichannel at Lifestyle Sports, Gordan Newman. Guests felt like Christmas had come early when they discovered gift-bags on their seat filled with an iconic Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish, a Blank Canvas retractable brush, a yummy bag of Propercorn popcorn and a tasty Broderick’s chocolate bar.

After a warm welcome from IMAGE editor-in-chief Melanie Morris, three lucky attendees were delighted to discover that they had each won a spa package from the luxurious Buff Day Spa.

With spirits high, Joan and Gordan took to the stage to give guests a pragmatic crash-course in establishing an online presence for their business. They covered a comprehensive range of topics from content creation to partners and platforms, engaging with the audience throughout to make for a thoroughly interactive and enjoyable experience.

The inspiring evening concluded when Melanie Morris announced that two lucky guests had won a €100 voucher from Marks & Spencer.
