This apartment for sale in Dun Laoghaire is an absolute cracker, with incredible sea views right in the heart of this bustling South Dublin village


If you’ve ever wandered out the east pier in Dun Laoghaire, you’ve probably looked up longingly at the row of three-storey Georgian homes that front onto the water.

A 92-square-metre apartment in one of the buildings is now for sale for €895,000 (down from €925,000). Located on the first floor of a grand, late Georgian building is a surprisingly large two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment.

Recently converted, the main living space has spectacular views across the bay to Howth and Kish Bank lighthouse, as well as the busy pier walk right outside the front door.
