An Evening with Marian Keyes

We are delighted to announce an evening with international bestselling author Marian Keyes?on Wednesday, July 1 at The Westbury Hotel, Dublin.

Loved for her beautiful spirit, excellent baking, passion for Chanel nail ?farnishes? and banjo’d furniture, Marian also writes outstanding books that are bestsellers all around the world.

Her career has spanned almost three decades, during which she has sold over 22 million books, and her work has been translated into 32 languages (who knew there were 32 out there!). Marian’s very real characters have faced everything from alcoholism to domestic violence.

Marian Keyes is a very real woman, who has tackled the very real conditions of addiction and depression; it was while recovering from both in the mid-1990s that she started writing. Her first book, Watermelon, was published in 1995 and instantly struck a chord with readers in Ireland, the UK, and then around the world. Other international bestsellers include Rachel’s Holiday, Last Chance Saloon, Sushi for Beginners, Angels, The Other Side of the Story, Anybody Out There?, This Charming Man, The Brightest Star in the Sky and The Mystery of Mercy Close. Two collections of her journalism, Under the Duvet and Further Under the Duvet, are also available from Penguin.

Based in Dublin, Marian lives with her husband Tony and is renowned for her kindness, empathy, and prolific social media engagement. Twitter followers love her ?glitterin? raffles?, her beauty passions, ?Himself?, and her observations on life.
