Event Terms & Conditions
- IMAGE reserves the right to refuse admission to, or remove from, any event any ticket holder whose behaviour is likely to cause damage, injury, or nuisance, without any entitlement to a refund.
- IMAGE reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule where necessary.
- By attending the event, the ticket holder consents to being photographed, filmed and/or recorded and grants IMAGE the right to use such material for promotional and commercial purposes.
- Tickets must be purchased through authorised sales channels only, either online or via the IMAGE office.
- Admission is strictly by valid ticket and name confirmation.
- IMAGE accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property occurring before, during, or after the event, except where required by law.
- Mobile phones must be switched to silent mode during the event.
- All IMAGE events are non-smoking. Guests may only smoke in designated outdoor smoking areas provided by the venue.
- IMAGE reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time to reflect changes in technology, payment methods, legal or regulatory requirements, and operational practices.
Booking Policy
- By submitting a booking request, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Once a booking request has been submitted, an invoice will be issued. All invoices are payable immediately and must be settled no later than 30 days from the date of issue.
- Event prices are as stated in IMAGE marketing collateral, on the website, and via official ticket links. Prices may vary and are subject to VAT where applicable.
Cancellation Policy
- All tickets and bookings for IMAGE events are strictly non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation or non-attendance.
