Wild Berry Bramble

In the Winter 2022 issue of IMAGE, we spoke to three of Ireland’s leading bartenders. They shared their favourite cocktails to whip up at home for winter entertaining, including a tequila pitcher, a blackberry highball, and a Belfast coffee. To read the full feature, pick up a copy of the magazine, on shelves now, or available here.

Here is one more delicious cocktail that’s easy to make at home by Anne Gilhooley, a Wild Berry Bramble.

Wild Berry Bramble

Ingredients

  • 20ml Dingle Gin
  • 20ml Aperol
  • 20ml Wicklow Way Blackberry Wine

Method

  1. Add all ingredients into a whiskey glass with ice and stir for approximately 30 seconds.
  2. Add orange zest and enjoy!

Tip: You can decorate the serving tray with freeze-dried strawberries, fresh mint, almonds and cinnamon sticks for a bit of seasonal wow-factor!
