What we’re looking forward to most at Taste of Dublin food festival

Not all food festivals were made equally, and the line-up of events taking place across the weekend at Taste of Dublin proves exactly that. Here’s what we’re looking forward to most.
Far more than just a food experience, Taste of Dublin is a celebration of eating, drinking and entertainment spanning four days in Merrion Square, Dublin. Taking place from 12-15 June, this food festival transports guests to a foodie haven in the heart of the city, and has become a real highlight of the summer for many.
Brought to you by international home furnishing retailer, JYSK, Taste of Dublin offers visitors the unique opportunity to source essential ingredients from artisan producers, engage with Ireland’s top culinary talent, and be on the front line of masterclasses from some of the best in the business.
New for 2025, SuperValu’s Real Food Kitchen is set to inspire with a host of renowned Irish culinary experts, including Gareth Mullins, Sarah Butler, The Happy Pear and more. Elsewhere, sponsors JYSK will be hosting Around the Table masterclasses with interiors experts, including Grace Cahill, Mark Rogers and Paul Kinsella, to help you get inspired for summer soirees.

There’ll be a schedule of live musical entertainment at the Bulmers Music Stage with Spring Break, The Runaways, Smash Hits, Casa Disco and many more. You can also discover the Volvo Fika Lounge with live cooking demonstrations by chef Mark Moriarty on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, as he shares his modern take on Swedish flavours.
With everything from 70+ mouth-watering dishes to tantalising summer cocktails from Glendalough Distillery, there is something for every foodie to enjoy. For coffee lovers, you can take part in Caffè Vergnano’s sensory tasting sessions, then hop over to Casa Kahlúa to learn how to expertly craft the perfect Espresso Martini.
For more big flavours, stop by Bites by Kwanghi X 7UP for a special menu of spice-packed dishes paired with mocktails that will provide you with the ultimate moment of refreshment.
Some of the restaurants set to be cooking up storms across the event include Shaku Maku, Nomo Ramen, Bovinity and Parrilla, so make sure you bring your appetite!
