  • Lead event production and logistics on-site, ensuring seamless execution of set-up, branding installation, guest registration, hospitality, and speaker support.
  • Maintain strict budget management, tracking costs and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential challenges or risks in the lead-up to and during the event.

  • Ensure sponsor obligations (speaking opportunities, branding placements, sampling, product integrations, etc.) are fulfilled to the highest standard.
  • Liaise with clients and agencies to manage expectations, provide regular updates, and ensure a positive partnership experience.
  • Partner with marketing, digital, and social media teams to support promotional campaigns, drive ticket sales, and ensure strong brand presence before, during, and after events.

  • Passionate about the IMAGE brand and the community we serve
Why Join IMAGE Media?
  • Be part of one of Ireland’s most influential lifestyle and business media brands
  • Work on high-impact, prestigious events with top-tier partners
  • Collaborate with a creative, supportive, and ambitious team
  • Make your mark on a growing events portfolio with room to innovate
