It was a night of great fun, tasty food and top-of-the-line hospitality at the official launch of the K Club’s South Bar & Restaurant on Friday.
A host of well-known faces and special guests turned out for the celebration at the newly-opened South Bar & Restaurant at the K Club.

Why were we there?
One of the country’s premier golf and spa resorts, the K Club has a reputation for luxury. Tucked way in the lush Kildare countryside, yet just on Dublin’s doorstep, the hotel’s approach to hospitality prioritises relaxation – meaning guests leave feeling revitalised and ready to take on the day.
Recently celebrating the launch of South, the K Club’s newest bar and restaurant, staff welcomed visitors inside the venue for the first time on Friday night – marking the occasion with an evening of live music, laughter and an extensive drinks offering.
Who was there?
Couples including Pippa O’Connor and Brian Ormond and Brian Dowling and Arthur Gourounlian headed out for date night at the bold new venue – which features an expansive terrace overlooking the five-star resort’s Palmer South championship golf course. Today FM’s Matt Cooper and RTÉ stars Doireann Garrihy and Kathryn Thomas were amongst other guests of note at the glamorous affair.
Dublin DJ Mo Kelly and the Brass Monkeys kept the party going until the wee hours, while guests enjoyed delicious tasters from the new menu including arancini, gambas and apple tart alongside Pornstar Martinis, Aperol Spritz and Purple Brigade cocktails.
