The sun has set on yet another inspiring IMAGE PwC Businesswoman of the Year Awards but it's a night we won’t be forgetting anytime soon.

The IMAGE PwC Businesswoman of the Year Awards 2025 in partnership with PwC and sponsored by DS Automobiles, Eversheds Sutherland, Kuehne + Nagel, Samsung, Cpl, Designed by Woulfe, Its4women Car Insurance, Cantor Fitzgerald, Nespresso, Pinergy and Tarasis, and in association with Marks & Spencer, Brooke & Shoals and istil-38 took place on Friday, April 25 and as always, it was a night of inspiration, ingenuity and celebration.

Back for its 17th year, this year’s event was significant for many reasons. Celebrating some of the nation’s most influential business leaders, the luxurious awards ceremony at the Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road, was a truly special night for female changemakers, with an atmosphere that was nothing short of electric. The night is one of the most glamorous on the calendar, and every single one of our wonderful attendees set the bar high when it came to fashion, with standout looks on the red carpet as our guests networked and sipped on delicious cocktails.

It was an evening dedicated to excellence, filled with inspiring stories, including the presentation of our Lifetime Achievement Award, and of course, the overall IMAGE PwC Businesswoman of the Year.

We had an incredible response to the awards this year, with hundreds of applications from women across Ireland. Our panel of highly esteemed judges had a difficult task not only creating the shortlist but choosing the eventual winners too – a sure sign that Irish women are constantly reaching new heights in the business world.

This year’s Lifetime Achievement Award went to Siobhán Talbot, a trailblazing industry leader with decades of expertise and former group managing director of Glanbia. Meanwhile, the inspiring Aimee Connolly, CEO of Sculpted by Aimee, was named the overall IMAGE PwC Businesswoman of the Year.

All of the deserving winners on the night were businesswomen from a broad range of industries and backgrounds, and you can see the full list of esteemed prize-holders hereThere was a plethora of familiar faces at the event, including members of our Business Club and friends, family and supporters of our nominees. A highlight of our year, it’s a truly special occasion for Irish women, and we’re already looking forward to 2026!
