An evening spent learning about the powerful connection between sleep, skin health and self-care.

On Wednesday, May 21, guests gathered at the elegant Nurserie in The Dylan Hotel for an evening dedicated to rest, radiance and relaxation. Hosted by IMAGE Contributing Editor Melanie Morris, the Slumber Supper Club brought together beauty and wellness lovers for a soul-soothing supper and expert insights.

Linda Nolan and Michelle O’Sullivan

The evening featured renowned sleep specialist Tom Coleman and No7 Skincare Expert Michelle O’Sullivan, who shared practical advice on the powerful connection between sleep, skin health and self-care.
