Evelyn Moynihan graduated from UCC with a degree in Food Science and went on to complete a Higher Diploma in Management and Marketing. She worked for Diageo and Musgrave Group for 15 years before joining the Kilkenny Group in 2019 as Marketing and Business Development Director and then serving as Brand and Commercial Director.
