Sunday Bloody Sunday anyone?

Because this is 2014 media is finally growing up about menstruation. No longer do advertisements depict clinical blue dabs on towels. Sometimes you even have to prompt the chemist cashier to hand you a paper bag for your box of tampons. These are such enlightened times that period care package start up Hello Flo makes a viral Youtube campaign about ?First Moon Parties? and people laugh and share instead of changing the topic of conversation.

And now Spotify employee Sophia Olofsson has created a PMS Playlist. Thank the commuting and yes-you-have-to-go-to-work Lord. It’s just over two hours of anger and empowerment, Rihanna and Rufus Wainwright. It might be perfection. Have a listen here:
