This Is A New Dating App With A Difference

This Is A New Dating App With A Difference

For those that are partial to dating apps but aren’t a fan of swiping on Tinder for whatever reason, this could be right up your street. Once, a new and innovative dating app has just been released in Ireland. This is one that isn’t solely focused on those quick left or right swipes but ensuring you find a genuine match.

Its innovative concept combines advanced digital dating technology with a dedicated team of human matchmakers (yep, real people) – to provide users with a specifically targeted daily match at noon each and every day. The user then has 24 hours to message their match, who will form a ?connection? and they can then have an on-going private conversation. The user will continue to receive daily matches each day and can engage in multiple dialogues.

The app founders say that are looking to offer a completely different approach to finding that special someone from the other mass market dating apps – less “hook up central” if you will.

Jean Meyer, Founder of Once, explained a little more about the app. ?We have already had great success in multiple markets including the UK, France and Brazil and now want to help Irish singletons find love.? We launched Once to fill a clear void in the serious dating space – to combine what is great about human matchmaking with the latest innovations in mobile dating. We think the single people of Ireland should put their faith in our matchmakers – who can help them on their quest for love.?

Once is free to download, however, users can also pay to access features (only if they wish to do so) which unlock additional benefits to the app in the form of ?crowns?. Each crown will allow the user to message past matches, pick their own match for the next day and see if a match has viewed their profile.

You can download the app for free now from the app store.

Sounds intriguing, would you give this a go?
