Sri Lankan coconut Arrack was flown into Ireland especially on Monday evening to create bespoke cocktails for invited guests of Tess de Kretser, who gathered in House, Leeson Street, to celebrate the launch of her new boutique hotel ?Olcote in Ceylon.? Guests enjoyed fresh mango, passionfruit and pomegranate ?Olcote? cocktails made with Arrack, a delicate rum distilled from the nectar of coconut flowers and? traditional eye-catching canapes. Guests on the evening included Lorraine Keane and her husband Peter Devlin, weather presenter Nuala Carey, style guru Darren Kennedy, TV presenter Alison Comyn, George Hook and his wife Ingrid.
