We had a full house last night in The?Merrion Hotel?for the Mentoring Workshop in association with Enterprise Ireland. Leading the workshop was business coach and Director of Interactive Solutions, Fintan Ryan.

Attendees were welcomed with delicious canap’s which were paired with Mo?t Ros??Imp?rial?champagne designed by chefs at the five-star Merrion Hotel. Mo?t and Chandon Brand Ambassador, Julie Dupouy explained?the cuisine pairings,?including the scrumptious sweet canap? of rhubarb, strawberry and jelly.

Guests mingled and soon took their seats?to discover?luxurious gifts which included a beautiful YSL beauty product and hand crafted Irish Cloon Keen candle. Editor-in-Chief Melanie Morris kicked off proceedings, introducing Fintan Ryan, the evening’s mentor.

He discussed the benefits of effective leadership and management skills with the group, while pointing to simple ways in which we can all improve our listening and communication skills. He was engaging and witty?in his approach and also conducted a fun?personality profiling exercise, which was eye opening. After a thoroughly informative and enjoyable evening one guest went home with a bottle of Mo?t Ros? Imp?rial champagne courtesy of Mo?t and Chandon Ireland winning the best Instagram of the evening with #moetmoment, while another attendee won a?fabulous €250 gift card for Irish jewellery designer Loulerie.
