Seven Instagram accounts you should be following for Paris Fashion Week

Well, readers, we’ve finally gotten here — it’s the last week of Fashion Month, and, arguably, the most important. Paris Fashion Week kicked off on Monday with a flurry of activity, with exhibitions from Saks Potts (and their famously fluffy cuffed-coats), Christian Louboutin (with suitably sparkly heels) and Dior (with, love them or hate them, plenty of bucket hats.) With all eyes looking towards the end of the week for the Chanel show, with the passing of Karl Lagerfeld still fresh in most minds, there is still so much to see and enjoy until then. And these seven French fashion connoisseurs will be leading the way through the week.

AnneLaure Mais Moreau (@adenorah)

Founder and creator of French label Musier Paris, AnneLaure is no stranger to the Parisian fashion scene, and has already been to some of the most in-demand shows in Paris this week. Her own style is French with a touch of Scandi — simple, feminine, but with edgy kicks of leopard print denim and lilac check borg (see: her Man Repeller jacket above).

María Bernad (@maria_bernad)

An absolute French style staple, María Bernad is a familiar face on the fashion week circuit. A stylist, model and Creative Director of Les Fleur Studio, María’s Amelie-style bob paired with directional prints and tailoring, is French style perfection.

Sabina Socol (@sabinasocol)

Model Sabina Socol has worked with Lancome, Vogue Paris and Sophie Dagon Paris, so she’s pretty well versed in the Parisian sartorial scene. Her own style is French simplicity personified, with only the subtlest accessories and finishing touches.

Leia Sfez (@leiasfez)

Leia Sfez juggles a career in creative direction and being a mother of two in the city with ease, and always with signature French beauty. Her street style shots are instantly recognisable from her long brunette barnet and distinctly French fringe, as well as her perfect basics and sharp tailoring.

Camille Charriere (@camillecharriere)

Camille Charriere can often be found at the most exclusive events in the fashion capitals of the world — and always in an impeccable outfit. With a penchant for petite party dresses, and plenty of French touches with soft-touch cardigans, Chanel-esque pumps and red lipstick.

Jeanne Damas (@jeannedamas)

The queen of French fashion Instagram, Jeanne Damas is Parisian style in a nutshell — tousled fringe, red lipstick, blue jeans and you’re done. If you haven’t followed her already, definitely do so now — if not for her, then for her beautiful label Rouje, who is is eternally dependable for feminine midi dresses and blouses.

Anum Bashir (@desertmannequin)

Anum is well-known across the Instagram fashion set for her multi-faceted coverage, including regular features on Man Repeller, hosting the podcast DM FM and Co-Creative Director of label N-DUO. Her style is much edgier and directional than perhaps the classic French look we’ve seen from other accounts, but that makes her coverage of PFW all the more interesting. Her snaps of Christian Louboutin and Saks Potts already have us salivating.
