Following the announcement that Gisele Bundchen is retiring from the runway, we have collected her best runway looks from her time as catwalk queen. The Brazilian supermodel confirmed that she will make her final strut down the runway during Sao Paolo Fashion week in her native Brazil which runs until April 17tth.
The 34-year-old beauty has explained her reason for stepping away to Folha De Sao Paolo newspaper: “Automatically my body tells me if what I do is worth it, and it asked me to stop.. I respect my body, it’s a privilege to be able to stop.”
During her nearly 20-year career, she has modelled for some of the biggest fashion houses such as Chanel and Louis Vuitton, not to mention that she is one of the orignal Victoria Secret Angels. We have had a major girl/style crush on Gisele since we first saw her sashay down the runway as a Victoria Secret Angel in 2000. Below is a collection of Gisele’s finest runway looks that cement her as a true catwalk queen. We salute you Gisele..
