This modern, spacious home has five bedrooms and a studio in the garden that could be used for anything from a home office to a workshop.

Built in 2006, 60 Nutley Avenue has the bright spaces and clean finishes that you would expect of a modern home. The entrance hall is generously-sized and full of light, leading to the front reception room, a boot room, study, and utility room.

Glass doors open up to the front reception room, allowing light to flow through the space, which also features large windows. A walnut floor and limestone fireplace are timeless additions to this room. Towards the back of the ground floor is the kitchen and dining area.

The kitchen features a curved solid walnut island, which provides a focal point for the space, while the rest of the kitchen has cream units with marble countertops. There is limestone flooring throughout this space, while a pantry provides plenty of storage and integrated appliances fit seamlessly into the design. A skylight and doors out to the garden at the dining area add extra light to this space.

The family room to the rear of the house also features polished limestone flooring, as well as alcoves fitted with wall to floor shelving, providing plenty of storage. French doors in this room open directly onto the patio in the back garden.

Upstairs, there are five bedrooms. The master bedroom features a walk-in wardrobe and its own en suite with a freestanding bath and double sinks. The rest of the bedrooms all feature built-in storage.

The back garden is south westerly, and leads to the studio at the end of the garden. With a large main room featuring oak flooring, and a fully equipped shower room, this space has potential for any number of uses. While it could be used as an office to separate work and home life when remote working, it could also be used as a workshop for creative pursuits, while the current owners have it set up as a music studio.

Donnybrook house for sale

To the front of the house, there is space to park four cars, as well as an electric car charging point. Located close to RTÉ, UCD, St Vincent’s hospital and numerous sought-after schools, this house also has easy access to the city centre. Click through our gallery above for the full tour.
