Ikea has launched an at-home gym range that you won’t be rushing to hide once your workout is over

Ikea has launched an at-home gym range that you won’t be rushing to hide once your workout is over

From aesthetic weights in chic sage green to storage to keep everything tidy, it’s perfect for those that love to exercise at home but hate the look of normal gym equipment.

Exercising at home has so many benefits. Not only do you save on gym memberships and signing up for classes, you also save time. For many of us, not having to leave the house when the weather isn’t inviting also makes us much more likely to stick to an exercise plan.

However, what is usually a downside of exercising at home is the equipment you use. Most of it looks like it belongs, well, in a gym, which is fine if you have a dedicated room to work out in your house… but most of us end up with weights shoved into the corner of our living room or primary-coloured resistance bands kicked under the bed after a morning workout.

If you’re looking for home exercise equipment that looks more in keeping with the rest of your interior, Ikea has launched a collection that does just that. Here are some of our favourite pieces from the Dajlien range, available now.
