Sun Dried Tomato Hummus

This is such a yummy twist on regular hummus. Add sun dried tomatoes to anything and I’m a fan so to me this is just the perfect dip. Nothing beats home made and this is so easy, there’s no excuse to buy it from the shop!

Ingredients:

1 Can of Soaked Chickpeas
2 Tablespoons of Tahini
2 Cloves of Garlic
Approx 8 Sun Dried Tomatoes + 2 Tablespoons of Their Oil
Coarse Salt

Step 1: Use a spoon to spoon the chickpeas out of the can into the food processor rather than draining them. That way you’ll accidentally on purpose also add in some of their soaking water.

Step 2: Roughly chop the sun dried tomatoes and the garlic cloves and then add them and all of the other ingredients in on top of the chickpeas. Blitz until it’s your desired thickness.

Step 3:
That’s it! Serve and enjoy! This recipe is Gluten Free, Dairy Free & Vegan.
