Social pics: Universal First Man Screening at The Light House Cinema

Members of the media, influencers and film critics were invited to a special screening of the upcoming feature film First Man at Dublin’s Light House Cinema. Guests were treated to a prosecco and canapé reception upon arrival and were among the first to see the film before it hits cinemas on October 12th. First Man, starring Ryan Gosling and Claire Foy and directed by Oscar-winning Damien Chazelle, is the riveting story of NASA’s mission to land a man on the moon, focusing on Neil Armstrong and the years 1961-1969.  A visceral, first-person account, based on the book by James R. Hansen, the movie will explore the sacrifices and the cost – on Armstrong and on the nation – of one of the most dangerous missions in history. The film, though slow to start, is a shaking perspective of one of the most important events in history and is a deeply emotional and thrilling journey to the moon. Watch the trailer below:
