Man Arrested For Stalking Singer Mandy Moore

Following the news this week that actress Gwyneth Paltrow had to testify in court over an alleged stalking incident which occurred over 17 years, it has emerged this morning that a man in the US was arrested for felony stalking singer Mandy Moore, according to TMZ.

According to reports,?the man in question (said to be in his forties)?was trying to leave some notes at her doorstep and?then became abusive towards the singer slash actress. This is said to be the second time in the past three days this has happened, leading police to make an arrest.

This case is the latest in a large number of similar cases reported by fellow public figures including Lana Del Ray and Sandra Bullock. Is it us or are this scary scenarios becoming more and more regular?

Meanwhile, it appears Moore is still caught up in divorce proceedings from her Ryan Adams. The usually quiet couple made headlines back in December amid reports that the 31-year-old singer was seeking extensive spousal support from Adams?to help cover the costs associated with caring for at least four of their eight pets. Moore asked for over $36,000 in spousal support, as well as $100,000 for her attorney and $50,000 for her accountant. Their pets included’six cats and two dogs. Moore’requested thatAdams ?contribute to the care of and expenses related to the parties? eight pets by assuming responsibility for at least four of them,? as she said it wasn’t physically possible for her to” take care of all the animals, all the time.”

The couple wed in 2009 after a year of dating, and Moore has since been spotted with musician Taylor Goldsmith.
