Khloé Kardashian is selling her $19 million home and it looks like a summer paradise

The Kardashian’s mansion is located just outside Malibu and its sweeping ridgeline views seem like a L.A. paradise.

Tomer Fridman, longtime realtor to the Kardashian family, recently appeared on Real Talk, debuting a soon-to-be listed house owned by “favourite client” Khloé Kardashian.

While Fridman wasn’t allowed to confirm it was her as the owner, he basically outlined it with his hints of a famous celebrity and “her sister who lives down the street”, and when you compare the photos to Khloé’s house in Architectural Digest, they match up — leaving no room for uncertainty.

Mediterranean Revival

The Mediterranean Revival house is a complete escape from the endless traffic and hubbub of Los Angeles. It’s located in Calabasas and the property has breathtaking views of Malibu canyon.

Set to be listed for $18,950,000, the ginormous mansion sits on 1.56 acres and totals nearly 11,000 square feet.

It’s in the same star-studded neighbourhood as many celebs, including Drake, though, thankfully has significantly better designed interiors.

Although some parts have been recently renovated, it was initially decorated by award-winning interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard, who has also done work for Tommy Hilfiger, Cher, Ellen Pompeo, and Eva Mendes, to name a few.

Meditative

The house is draped with Moroccan, Turkish, and Middle Eastern flourishes. Khloé’s bedroom features a stunning, scalloped niche with satin cushions and a mother-of-pearl inlaid side table.

A more vibrant, contemporary take on Moroccan design, the house’s parlor opens up to a gorgeous vine-covered terrace with suspended sofas and a fire pit enclosed by cream, plushy chairs.

An oak-lined pathway brings you to a meditative area, and lemon trees and vibrant flowers dot a garden by the nearby pool.

Khloé’s home also has an “outrageous” guesthouse, with just as much splendour as the main mansion.

Neutral-hued textiles, terraced fountains and ridgeline vistas are just some of the features that make the celeb-owned home the ultimate oasis we’ll be dreaming about all summer.
