5 Things You’ll Learn At Tomorrow’s Networking Breakfast

What makes women strong?

Five great things you’ll experience at tomorrow’s IMAGE Networking Breakfast:

1. A chance to network with brilliant women

Our attendees are a mix of entrepreneurs, experienced professionals, creatives, dreamers, achievers, consultants. Switched-on, successful, empowered women just like you! Join us for The Marker’s delicious early morning treats, strong coffee, and even stronger opinion. You never know who you might meet over a cronut.

2. The inside track from those who’ve led the way

Our speakers tomorrow are women who have forged seriously impressive careers in industries where there’s no room for passengers. Lynda McQuaid (Head of Content, TV3) takes responsibility for TV3’s schedule of programming. She makes thousands of crucial decisions daily. Vicki O?Toole had no intention or desire to take the helm at her in-law’s family packaging company, but circumstances lead her to do so and since then, has turned the business into a creative as well as commercial success. Terry Prone is known for her pin sharp instincts, wisdom and coaching skills. She understands people implicitly and helps others achieve through clear, on-point communication.

3. Interaction

Get involved with the conversation, both in person and through social media. We have an overnight stay for two with dinner at Longueville House, Mallow Co Cork, courtesy of Ireland’s Blue Book for the best Tweet of the morning.

4. Gifts and goodies

Of course, we’re there to learn and get inspired, but who doesn’t love the IMAGE Networking seat gifts? Tomorrow, every attendee will receive an indulgent Nuxe Reve di Miel honeydream foot cream, a pair of luxury travel candles from Brooke and Shoals, chocolate (well, it is Friday) from Green & Blacks and Naked coconut water.

5. And there’s more?

Because Christmas is coming, we have 3 x €100 gift cards from Marks and Spencer up for grabs, and one very lucky attendee will go home with a brand new, Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge smartphone. There’s also a No7 luxury hamper for someone in the audience while everyone will leave with bath treats from No7.

Who says we don’t spoil you?

Three amazing women, three empowering stories of making it in a man’s world.

What Makes Women Strong?

The automatic assumption that the business world is a man’s world.. lead by men? who are the key decision makers. The gender bias is often subconscious, but even in 2015 it’s very definitely still there.

Join IMAGE editor-in-chief Melanie Morris for an inspiring morning, hearing from three women who, through their smarts, their acumen and their abilities broke with the bias to carve significant careers.
