Celebrity chef Simon Rimmer shares his BBQ tips with Dubliners

To celebrate National BBQ Week, May 27 to June 2, Weber launched its Beer Chicken campaign with a barbecue feast for foodies, flying in celebrity chef and Weber ambassador Simon Rimmer to share his top tips for the perfect barbecued beer can chicken.

Dublin VIPs and foodies gathered to meet Sunday Brunch presenter and Weber ambassador Simon Rimmer as he shared his tips for barbecuing beer can chicken. Weber showcased the many capabilities their grill equipment and accessories provide grilling enthusiasts, both novice and advanced, serving up chicken three ways – Mexican beer chicken served in soft tacos, beer can chicken with tarragon butter, and chicken sliders with a jalapeno cheese sauce. A large selection of creative salads balanced the feast beautifully, while craft beers, Guinness and Ketel One cocktails were the perfect accompaniment. Guests vowed to start being more creative with their barbecues and no longer simply relying on burgers and steaks.
