In Her Shoes: Wild Soul’s Margaret Young on beach yoga, embracing change and finding balance

Margaret Young is a yoga teacher, Ayurveda nutritionist and retreat host. She shares the daily routines that assist her to manage the juggle of working part-time in the health service and managing her yoga and wellness business Wild Soul. She also chats to us about tongue scraping (yes!), swapping yoga pants for tailored trousers and motivating Kali, her beloved boxer who is 'not a morning dog'! Margaret is a member of the IMAGE Business Club.

I start my day at 6am on weekdays. On Saturdays, I am either taking part in  a parkrun or teaching yoga. On Sundays, I teach yoga at 9am on Portmarnock beach, so right now there are no-lie in’s in my life…ever! That’s okay because I actually prefer an afternoon nap to a lie in.
