It has been reported that three people were killed when two planes crashed mid-air over the Watsonville Municipal Airport in California yesterday afternoon. A pet on board one of the planes was also killed, and no one on the ground was injured.

Dozens of cows die suddenly due to high temperatures in Italy

In northwest Italy, approximately 50 Piedmontese cows died suddenly due to acute prussic acid poisoning, which is thought to be a direct result of the high temperatures and drought in the area.
