Cork Harbour Festival

Returning from 2-11 June with more than 80 amazing events in a dozen beautiful locations across Cork City and Harbour, Cork Harbour Festival is a celebration of Cork’s unique maritime heritage as the second largest natural harbour in the world. Festival visitors can explore the history, heritage, and the stunning landscapes of Cork Harbour. From on-the water adventures to music, art, poetry, workshops, talks and seminars and family-friendly events, there is something for everyone.

Carlow Arts Festival

Beginning in 1979 as a community initiative, celebrating Irish heritage through Irish language, poetry, music and dance, Carlow Arts Festival has grown from strength to strength over the many years, and this year is no different. Presenting a kaleidoscopic programme of works by local, national and international artists, across a variety of artforms including dance, street arts, spectacle, literature, circus, visual arts, film, music and theatre, the organisers work with artists and communities throughout the year to create new work that informs, diversifies, and strengthens the annual festival programme.
Bulmers Secret Orchard: Aonair

Continuing a gig filled summer of Bulmers Secret Orchard gigs, this free event takes place in The Reg, Waterford, and the headlining act has been revealed as the amazingly invigorating, Aonair, with special guests Molumby and Rachel Mae Hannon. Tradition Now
10&11 June, National Concert Hall, Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2
The National Concert Hall, together with the Arts Council, present the 11th instalment of the Tradition Now Series this weekend. This summer’s edition features main stage performances by Dublin folk act A Lazarus Soul, and a special one-off concert, Reflecting Migrations, in association with the Irish Traditional Music Archive, celebrating the living tradition, with Steve Cooney, Nava, Moxie, Eoghan Ó Ceannabháin, John Blake, Brían MacGloinn and Jesse Smith, Kseniya Rusnak, Esosa Ighodaro and more.
muscle: a question of power
