Little things can make a big difference to our lives. Like almost everyone else this month, I’m being suitably predictable and following an eat-less, run-more, dry-Jan regime. So in the absence of red wine and dark chocolate, I’ve found a few fashion finds to lift my mood this month.
I wear this Karma necklace everyday and I find there’s something very reassuring about always having it on. Because it’s so fine and delicate, it doesn’t interfere with a statement necklace if I choose to wear one too. I plan to buy one for my sister as a I think the necklace has a lovely sentiment worth passing on.
I mentioned in a recent post that I’d bought an oversized jumper in H&M, which feels like a great big bear hug every time I pull it on. Well, here it is. And if this gorgeous throw-on doesn’t make you feel better about everything, the only thing for it is cashmere!
New lingerie always makes me feel beautiful and so improves my mood immediately. I love this gorgeous black velvet set from & Other Stories. Velvet feels so soft against the skin, and clothes that feel good are always so much more enjoyable to wear. I think my dream wardrobe would be filled with cashmere, silk and velvet.

I’m not a slogan sweater kind of girl but I like the idea of sporting a mantra?without having to visually shout about it.
