Flowstate has introduced three new Maser-designed yoga mats and we want them all

If these yoga mats don’t make you practice, nothing will.

Following the sell-out success of the original yoga mat meets hanging wall art designed by artist Maser, Flowstate has launched a new series of beautiful, responsibly-produced yoga mats. Three new mats along with a re-issue of Mat 1 are available now in the Marvel Room at Brown Thomas and will be available from flowstate.ie on November 1.

Flowstate, “an integrated approach to art, movement and lifestyle,” began as a passion project between three friends, fitness coaches Adrienne Murphy and John Belton (founder of No.17 Personal Training) and artist Maser. Outside of their beautiful hanging wall art mats, the Flowstate team combine movement, art and mindfulness in their monthly events and activities at festivals, art galleries, retreats and more.

“The prints for mat 2, 3 and 4 come from work I did when I was living in London and felt trapped by a very hectic environment,” says Maser. “I’m not hardwired for chaos so I turned to plants for inspiration and to escape from my surroundings. I created a little utopia in my bedroom with lavender, aloe vera and English ivy. Subsequently, these entered my work and became the inspiration for my botanical pieces. Now, I want to bring them into my mind space, so have adapted prints into the new, limited edition Flowstate yoga mats.”
