It was a full house last night at The Marker Hotel as 250 people gathered to join IMAGE editor-in-chief Melanie Morris to welcome back special guest, Jo Malone at our sold out event.

Guests were greeted with a beautiful champagne reception from Moët Impérial. All attendees were treated to a surprise gift bag from Jo Loves, which included popular White Rose & Lemon Leaves Body Crème. Jo and Melanie were then introduced alongside Moët’s brand ambassador Julie and Chef Gareth and Sandra from the Marker hotel who explained the carefully curated (and delicious) menu, which included a gorgeous four-course meal and wine selection.

Each guest enjoyed an Amuse Bouché to start followed by the starter; Spiced Gamba, cashew, pomelo, radish & lime. The main meal was John Stone Beef Fillet, truffle pomme mousseline, celeriac, red wine jus, and to accompany the dessert (Valrhone White chocolate & lemon parfait, brushed with rose water), Moët handed out a glass of their Rosé Impérial. To finish, each guest was treated to a glass of Tanqueray No. 10 with a white rose gin and tonic, a personal favourite of Jo’s.

After the wining and dining was complete, Jo once again took to the stage to share her remarkable story, explaining her passion and creativity for fragrances started from a very young age; from the kitchen to what became an iconic and hugely successful beauty empire. She then exclusively set up the very first, and only pop-up shop from her new brand Jo Loves and signed copies of her new book Jo Malone: My Story.
