Watch: Irish Grandparents Meet Their Grandson For The First Time

This is our happy video of today. A couple from Cork decided to give their parents the most wonderful surprise ever, and bring their 11-week-old baby home to meet his grandparents for the first time.

John O?Regan from Cork has been living in Australia, where he met his fianc?e Claire, for the last ten years. The couple were due home with their new baby, but decided to organise a surprise and head home a week early. The pair had their first child, 11-week-old Niall (who is utterly adorable), who John’s parents have never met. In the video, John explains that they were due to arrive home next week to introduce his parents to Niall – but the pair decided to come home a week ahead with their adorable son with them.

John’s parents were in the middle of watching a slideshow of pictures of Niall and then they get the surprise of their life when John, his fianc?e and baby Niall walk in. We got a serious lump in our throats when the proud parents embraced their grandson in happy tears.
