The upcoming sci-fi drama Dune, based on the iconic 1965 novel, looks surreal with its star-studded cast

It seems that Timothée Chalamet and Zendaya have been working on a new film and we can’t be more excited.

Directed by Denis Villeneuve (Blade Runner 2049), Dune is a film adaptation of the 1965 award-winning sci-fi novel by Frank Herbert, and takes place in the far future.

The epic story follows prince Paul Atreides (Chalamet) who must fight to protect his people on the desert planet Arrakis (“Dune”) from hostile creatures.

Other stars to feature in the film include Oscar Isaac and Rebecca Ferguson (who play Chalamet’s parents) as well as Jason Momoa, Josh Brolin, Charlotte Rampling, Javier Bardem and Zendaya.

Dune is set to premiere on December 18, 2020, and is just the first half of the sci-fi sensation, promising an upcoming sequel later on.

Stay tuned for more updates and, fingers crossed, a trailer featuring Chalamet in all his royal, goth glory.
