This Is Another Royal Wedding Dress We Love

Just this week, we posted what may have been our favourite Royal wedding dress ever, but we have now seen another one that may top this. Italian heiress Beatrice Borromeo wore a Valentino Haute Couture dress to her civil ceremony last weekend, which went down a treat. We love seeing wedding gowns that are a little different, and the pale pink and gold lace silk chiffon dress was exactly that.

ICYMI: Is This Pink Valentino Gown Our Favourite Royal Wedding Dress Ever?

However, this weekend, for her official second wedding to Grace Kelly’s grandson, the young royal Pierre Casiraghi the bride opted for a more traditional wedding gown, which we’ve also fallen in love with. Actually, she wore two gowns, but this is our favourite of the two:

“Beatrice Borromeo wore a custom-made ivory #GiorgioArmani Priv? gown to her wedding with Pierre Casiraghi held earlier today in northern Italy,? the designer wrote on Instagram.

Isn’t it just gorgeous? It may be a more traditional choice, but it’s still stunning. It’s a simple (well, as simple as you can get for Armani Priv?), yet elegant creation.

For this weekend’s religious service in Italy, Beatrice actually commissioned two custom-made dresses by Armani Priv?. For the ceremony she opted for a three-quarter length sleeve delicate lace gown with a train, before switching to a tulle wrap front, floaty sleeveless maxi for the reception, which is also gorgeous:

We think both gowns are the height of sophisticated elegance, and between these and the Valentino gowns, we’re finding it hard to pick a favourite. Which do you prefer?
