These are the ten best hotels in Ireland, according to Condé Nast Traveler

World-renowned travel magazine Condé Nast Traveler has revealed their Readers’ Choice Awards’ list of the ten best hotels in Ireland.

Each year, the multi-award-winning magazine releases the results of their Readers’ Choice Awards, detailing favourite cities, islands, hotels, resorts and cruise lines around the world, as decided by millions of ratings and tens of thousands of comments from nearly 429,000 well-travelled readers.

Their list of the Top Hotels in Ireland was chosen by thousands of reviewers from around the world, and details the hotels with the best service, most luxurious surroundings and most pleasant atmosphere.

The Westbury in Dublin bagged the top spot, with the magazine calling it “unbridled Irish luxury at its finest”. The majority of hotels on the list are in the capital, ending with Clontarf Castle Hotel at No. 10.

  2. Ballyfin, Co. Laois
  3. The Lodge at Ashford Castle, Cong, Co. Mayo
  4. Park Hotel Kenmare, Co. Kerry
  5. Waterford Castle Hotel, Co. Waterford
  6. InterContinental, Dublin
  7. The Shelbourne, a Renaissance Hotel, Dublin
  8. Lough Eske Castle, Co. Donegal
  9. The Merrion, Dublin
  10. Clontarf Castle Hotel, Dublin
