Andrea Hayes was joined by family and friends at? Farrier & Draper on?South William Street for the launch of her second book .Brendan Courtney was master of ceremonies on the night, while? DJ Tommy Stewart provided the evenings entertainment.?

In this practical and inspirational journal Andrea Hayes sets out a step-by-step strategy to help you identify your true goals, find clarity and peace in a busy world and work towards achieving the life you want, one small step at a time.

The journal is a month by month guide to achieving your intentions?while helping?you to?visualise and add structure to your goals, challenge yourself to positively influence your life and declutter your mind to find wellness.
