We all know the scene:
The alarm goes off and after four/ five hits of the snooze button you bumble out of bed and shuffle around. From here the morning routine begins, and yet your eyes are still barely open. What follows might involve little more than a hasty shower, a quick brush of hair, maybe a frantic slap of make-up and a hurried inhale of some sort of breakfast. And that’s if you’re running on time.
Mornings like these are understandable when time is of the essence, but we reckon we can definitely do better!
In an ideal world, the ring of an alarm would signal a “Whoop!” and an immediate buzz of fist-pumping excitement for the day ahead. Ok, maybe this is a bit unrealistic, but consider this: how different would our days be if they began with something we could look forward to; a bit of conscious “me time”; a wiggle of light movement; and finished off with a healthy, lovingly-prepared breakfast… A far nicer alternative to the former scenario above, don’t you think?
With this in mind, and in an effort to give you a gentle push in the right direction, we’ve created “The Ultimate Morning Positivity Boost” with innocent smoothies, which has all you need to start your day feeling like a freshly washed Rolls Royce. It’ll add 30 minutes to your morning routine, but trust us when we say that the positivity generated in those few minutes is sure to bring about a greater feeling of wellbeing and inner contentment for the rest of the day. Promise.
