Every generation sees Irish women make more and more impact on the business world, moving into, and conquering so many different fields.
Siobhan Byrne (co-founder, BodyByrne fitness), Jennifer Taaffe (CEO, iZest Marketing Group) and fashion designer Joanne Hynes ??three total trailblazers – will join IMAGE editor-in-chief Melanie Morris at the next Young Businesswomen’s Forum at The Westbury on Wednesday, May 10.
Over the course of the evening, we’ll share tips, insights and real life experiences as we discuss the truth about growing a business while juggling all that a busy life involves.

Siobhan Bryne
co-founder, BodyByrne
Siobhan is a director and co-founder of BodyByrne Fitness and a full-time trainer. She is a brand ambassador for Puma and has been involved in the fitness industry for over ten years. With a background in kickboxing, Siobhan has competed in tournaments around Ireland. Siobhan is an experienced, certified personal trainer and has made the transition to tri-athlete, winning the female relay Iron Man in 2012. She is a regular columnist and TV panelist discussing diet, wellness, and training.
Jenny Taaffe
CEO, iZest Marketing
Jenny is the CEO and inspiration behind iZest Marketing, a branding, strategy and digital agency. Jenny is known for her no-nonsense approach to marketing strategy, branding, and digital activation, and offers clients a bespoke service. She counts Fitzpatrick Hotels Group (New York), Apple/iConnect, The Almana Group (Qatar), Martinhal Resorts (Portugal) and The K Club as clients. She also works with some high profile individuals including Pippa O’Connor and Paul O’Connell on their commercial and digital activity. She has worked closely with Pippa creating the new POCO by Pippa branding, packaging, website and pop-up stores. Jenny and her team have grown the company internationally, and now has clients in Dubai, Qatar, London, Lisbon and New York.
Joanne Hynes
Fashion Designer
Joanne Hynes is a fashion designer, business woman, and mother who approaches projects with a unique vision. A love of craft-driven design techniques has developed into a highly recognizable “Joanne Hynes look”, that has developed since Joanne graduated from Central Saint Martins MA fifteen years ago. From her iconic crystal collars to her playful applique motifs, Joanne’s fashion and accessories has featured on runways and with luxury retailers across the world. In September 2016 Joanne launched her first collection with Dunnes Stores which was an instant sellout. Previous collaborations include Pretty Polly hosiery (2012) and Joanne Hynes for Topshop (2006). Joanne returned to Ireland permanently in 2012 and lives in County Wicklow with her partner and three young daughters. Her spring/summer collection with Dunnes Stores is available now.
