As we gear up for our Businesswoman of the Year awards 2017, we’re recounting the glorious past successes of some of our nominees and winners as well as looking ahead to the superstars of tomorrow. And this week, we were delighted to hear of a new (very tasty) venture from one Kasha Connolly, a former winner of IMAGE Businesswoman of the Year 2016. Connolly is launching a Chocolate Lock-In event at her Hazel Mountain Chocolate store in Galway.

This delicious event will be taking place every Friday and Saturday until the end of December. It is perfect for individuals, parties and corporate festive outings. Up to 15 VIP guests can get behind the scenes with Hazel Mountain Chocolate for an exclusive tour and tasting. Guests will discover and taste sweet and savoury sides of chocolate and indulge in cacao champagne on arrival. They will then taste their way through the complexities of chocolate including savoury chocolate canapés, their special hot chocolate cocktail, four different chocolates and two signature truffles. Sounds like chocolate heaven.
