A celebration of leadership and style, the IMAGE PwC Businesswoman of the Year Awards red carpet always delivers standout fashion moments year after year, defined by modern glamour, confidence and a distinctly polished sense of occasion.

The IMAGE PwC Businesswoman of the Year Awards red carpet has become a highlight in its own right, an evening where style rises to meet the significance of the occasion.

There’s a strong sense of glamour in how guests dress, with looks that feel elevated, polished and considered. From sweeping gowns to sharply tailored pieces, the emphasis is on outfits that photograph beautifully and carry presence, striking that perfect balance between sophistication and impact.

What stands out most is the consistency of the looks. There’s a clear appreciation for strong silhouettes, luxurious fabrics and styling that feels complete without being overworked. Whether it’s a perfectly cut dress in a standout colour or a sleek, modern take on evening tailoring, the overall mood is one of confidence and ease. These are looks that don’t compete for attention because they hold it naturally.

At the same time, the red carpet never feels one-note. Alongside timeless elegance, there’s always room for personality, whether through bold colour choices, contemporary shapes or subtle statement details. It’s this mix that makes the style at the awards so memorable: a blend of classic glamour and modern individuality, where each look feels like a true reflection of the woman wearing it.

And so, to give you some inspiration for May 15, we have put together some of the best looks from over the years in the gallery below.
