Join us for an International Women’s Day Lunch with women who are changing the game

Through candid conversations, we'll ask three of Ireland's most influential changemakers to share how they have driven meaningful change.

Join us for a networking lunch in partnership with Pinergy, where we’ll be celebrating women in Ireland who are redefining success.

Hosted by IMAGE Contributing Editor Melanie Morris, this dynamic panel brings together three of Ireland’s most influential changemakers who have broken barriers, challenged norms and driven meaningful change. We’ll hear from Jo Linehan, editor of the CLIMATE supplement with The Sunday Times Ireland, Keilidh Cashell, founder of KASH Beauty, and Maeve-Óg O’Leary, professional rugby player.

Through candid conversations, they’ll share how passion fuels their work, how resilience turns obstacles into opportunities and why purpose is the key to lasting impact.

This energising event will set the tone for International Women’s Day, leaving attendees feeling empowered, connected, and ready to embrace their own definitions of passion, purpose, and power.

The afternoon will start with a live discussion featuring these industry leaders as they reveal the challenges they’ve overcome, the vision that drives them and how they’re shaping the future. Beyond personal achievements, the conversation will explore the power of role models, mentorship, and activism in paving the way for the next generation.

From increasing visibility in male-dominated spaces to advocating for real change, these women prove that success isn’t just about personal wins – it’s about lifting others as we rise.
