Brown Thomas have just announced the beauty festival of dreams. With a line-up that I am struggling to find a adjective to stress the incredulity of.
Next month from September 19th to October 13th, Brown Thomas will be hosting STYLE SUMMIT, where pretty much every internationally renowned industry expert you follow on Instagram and global influencers will become headline speakers and join discussion panels on the brand new rooftop of Brown Thomas Grafton Street.
When I say pretty much every international expert, I mean it. Vogue deputy editor Sarah Harris is coming. Estée Lauder’s Global Beauty Director Violette is coming. Charlotte Tilbury. Sali Hughes. Mary Greenwell. Katie Jane Hughes!
Did I do something good? What on earth could I have done to deserve such good fortune?
Charlotte Tilbury will join us on September 21st darlings, to sprinkle her magic on all of us with an exclusive masterclass.
The following day, Katie Jane Hughes – the women who has put me into debt with neon and pastel eyeshadows, Glossier products and brow gels – will descend upon us mere mortals and enlighten us with the knowledge of how to create the most imperceptible make-up base.
British Vogue deputy editor Sarah Harris and her flowing grey hair will land on our shores on October 10th, and she’ll share the style secrets that have made her a street style icon.
On October 11th, Laura Mercier Ambassador and industry icon who has worked with Diana Princess of Wales, Margot Robbie and Meghan Markle, Mary Greenwell will be joined by Sali Hughes, to discuss her career in the industry.
Outside of beauty, top wedding planners Tara Fay and Bruce Russell will share their wisdom with brides-to-be on October 2nd, lululemon are hosting Sunday Sweat yoga sessions on September 23rd, September 30th and October 7th and fitness fans can enjoy a special Calvin Klein Performance fitness class event where their high performance womenswear and menswear sports collections will be showcased. You can also get your new AW18 jeans picked out in a styling masterclass.
For men, STYLE SUMMIT will host an AW18 menswear showcase, a panel discussion with industry experts on the latest emerging trends followed by a model presentation showcasing new contemporary wear from Gucci, Givenchy, Off-White, Prada and more.
To top it all off, Perrier-Jouet will be on the rooftop too with a brand new immersive experience – L’Eden by Perrier-Jouet, where they will be serving champagne
I will also be there, every single day, with a face of very experimental make-up. These women are my Batman, this event is my Coachella.
