Health, fitness, food and wellness lovers rejoice: the weekend of the year is finally here. WellFest 2019 takes place this weekend, May 11 and 12, in the Royal Hospital Kilmainham in Dublin, and it is jam-packed with everything you need to have a healthy and happy weekend. As Europe’s largest outdoor health and wellness festival, WellFest has grown massively over the last few years in Dublin, and is now the premier weekend for health and fitness lovers all across the country. With talks, demonstrations, classes, and even events for your little ones, and featuring massive names such as the Bodycoach Joe Wicks, Fearne Cotton, Amanda Bisk and Elle Mills, you won’t be stuck for things to see and do this weekend.

SuperValu are WellFest’s official food partners for the third year running, and their Wellfood area has plenty going on over the two days to attract wellness lovers. From good food discussions, to healthy cooking for adults and kids, to eating sustainably, the area has an amazing line-up of experts, including the Gut Health Doctor Dr Megan Rossi and the Happy Pear. SuperValu is also setting to work to debunk common health and wellness myths, with their own panel of experts, where attendees can submit their own questions and concerns to be answered over the two days.

With all this going on, it’s no wonder that WellFest has turned into the biggest wellness weekend in Ireland. And guess what? We’ve got tickets. IMAGE has teamed up with SuperValu to give away four pairs of weekend tickets for the festival.

If you and a friend would like to go, simply fill in the form below. We’ll contact the winners on Wednesday 8th of May — best of luck!
