THE CLASSIC

 

Ketel One Classic Bloody Mary

A classic mix of Ketel One Vodka with freshly pressed tomatoes, fresh lemon and all the trimmings will be perfect paired with any brunch spread.

INGREDIENTS

• 35ml Ketel One Vodka
• 100ml tomato juice
• 20ml lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon horseradish
• 1 heaped teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 pinch black pepper
• 1 pinch rock salt
• ice

METHOD

  1. Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker/ mixing jug with ice and stir gently.
  2. Strain into an ice-filled celery salt-rimmed glass.
  3. Garnish with a few cherry tomatoes and a lemon wedge, or alternatively, use a celery stick.

Alcohol content: 11g

THE QUIRKY

 

Ketel One Beetroot Mary

A bold mix of Ketel One Vodka with beetroot, fresh lemon, fragrant spices and a mild warmth. You’ll be sure to impress guests with this quirky take on a classic brunch serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 35ml Ketel One Vodka
  • 100ml beetroot juice
  • 20ml freshly squeezed lemon
  • pinch of rock salt, pepper and dried chilli flakes
  • small teaspoon horseradish
  • 1-star anise
  • 2 cardamom pods

METHOD

  1. Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker/mixing jug with ice and stir gently.
  2. Strain into an ice-filled celery salt-rimmed glass.
  3. Garnish with a lemon wedge and star anise.
