Looking to spruce up your soft furnishings? Hoping to add a Scandinavian touch to your living space? Well we bet you never would have thought of going to Argos. Us neither. Being totally honest, our relationship with Argos has mostly revolved around electrical goods and kids’ toys. But when we got their SS16 homeware look book through our door, we couldn’t not share it with you. What’s even more appealing than their fresh aesthetic, however, is their pricing. You won’t have to spend the year saving in order to update your home. On top of that, we’re loving their mix of various styles to suit your every interior-themed persuasion. For us, we’re all about the mid-century vibes right now, and we’re always lured in by a clean and simple Nordic influence (See their Simple Living collection if you’re a fan of minimalism). Neutrals are the order of the day and if you’re telling us that something is grey, we’re already sold. We’ve also moved somewhat away from floral prints ourselves, but fear not; they still cater to that taste with their new Floral Meadow collection which is anything but twee. If it’s ultra luxurious patterns and textures that you’re after, their Global Paradise will be right up your street. Lastly, we’ve never met someone who didn’t fall in love with a rustic, brown leather shabby-chic style couch, hence our excitement over their Rustic Charm offering.

Prepare to spend the rest of your work day procrastinating on their website, where, much to the dismay of your bank balance, you can shop online without moving a muscle. Gah!
