The Artisan Food Market has more stands than ever, cooking up everything from pig on a spit to elaborate cupcakes and aromatic craft beers. Talking about crafty booze, if you’re after a nice, summery tipple, look no further than a glass of?Stonewell Cider, fresh medalist of the Irish Food Writers Guild 2014.?Take one or two of these and go root for your favourite brie in the Irish Cheese Awards, also taking place at Bloom over the weekend.
