Join IMAGE Business Club members and team IMAGE for a co-working day in the beautiful surrounds of Iconic Offices at Hume Street House on Friday, May 22.

Are you craving a change of scenery and the chance to spend a day surrounded by accomplished professionals who share a common goal, all within the beautiful ambiance of an Iconic co-working space? Of course you are, and we’ve got just the thing for you.

We are so delighted to be able to continue to provide our members with access to these special days, and more opportunities to expand their network and get inspired. As a special benefit for our Business Club members, co-working days present a unique chance to collaborate with like-minded women.

On the co-working day, a desk will be reserved for you. You will have the opportunity to meet other Business Club members, enjoy networking opportunities over a light breakfast and lunch, have a chance to get the head down and make the most of the beautiful Iconic office space for the day, and get inspired with an in-conversation event over lunch. • 10.15am: Make use of Iconic’s working facilities
• 12.45pm: Light lunch
• 1.30pm: Emotional intelligence coach and founder of Pinnacle HR, Wendy Chin, will host a workshop on developing your emotional intelligence superpower to transform your presence and leadership style
• 2.30pm: Make use of Iconic’s working facilities
• 4.00pm: Co-Working Day ends with a glass of bubbles to bid farewell to the week and welcome the weekend!

Wendy Chin, Emotional Intelligence Coach and Founder of Pinnacle HR

The first in Ireland trained by Daniel Goleman to coach and lead emotional intelligence training programmes, Wendy Chin’s sessions ignite transformation – equipping leaders to thrive in complexity and lead with compassion and grit.

Wendy believes emotional intelligence (EQ) is your true super power – it helps you navigate change with confidence, improve decision making, foster creativity and innovation, increase team performance and trust, and improve your overall well-being and resilience.

With decades of in-house HR leadership experience in Ireland, the UK, and the US, Wendy leverages her global multi-national and multi-cultural experience, partnering with everyone from aspiring leaders to C-level employees and acting as their executive coach, HR and talent director, and founder of Pinnacle HR. Wendy blends behavioural science, leadership development, and emotional intelligence into actionable strategies for rapid and sustainable growth.

Wendy was a recent judge at the HR Leadership & Management Awards, a presenter at DisruptHR on “Build It, and They Will Come (And Stay)” and is featured on The Emotional Coach Podcast.
