5 Of The Best Evening Bags

5 Of The Best Evening Bags

It’s mid-November, which means it’s totally acceptable to talk about Christmas. I’m not much of a party girl, but I still like to inject a touch of cocktail chic, via an elegant evening bag, into my festive?wardrobe, even if I am only going to my local Italian for dinner.

Having spent most of the year lugging around an oversized tote, I really like to downsize at?Christmas, when all I need to carry with me is my phone, credit card and keys. Here are five gorgeous, and neat, evening bags I’m coveting right now.

This shoulder?bag is so pretty. I love the mix of textures?and the electric blue shade, which will add a luxury vibe to any outfit.

This Zara bag is the perfect day-to-night option. The chunky chain gives it?a bit of an urban feel, while adding some’much-needed bling too. I love the slightly tie-dye effect of the leather. This will distress beautifully with age.

A box clutch is a classic closet staple. This star-print clutch offers a more muted take on the traditional festive sparkle, so will translate easily from AW to SS.

Another way to add texture to a look is through fringing and tassels. This cute evening bag from Topshop is youthful and fun and will add?a lovely’sense of movement to your outfit.

Not everyone wants to sparkle (sartorially) at Christmas. This graphic striped clutch is a fantastic alternative. It looks really contemporary and chic, and will work with neutrals as well as metallics.
